Aberdeen offers all staff the ability to report concerns without fear of reprisal. Staff who suspect wrongdoing should report concerns to their line manager in the first instance. When staff do not feel comfortable doing this, they have the option to by-pass their direct management line, if required, and confidentially report any malpractice or suspected fraud to Safecall, an independent reporting line. They offer a 24 hours per day 365 days per year service, interpretation capabilities and confidentiality.
